Recognizing Weiser Health Care Facilities and Providers

Dear Editor,

On Monday, July 19th, Weiser health care facilities and staff sponsored their annual Free Sports Physicals program for all middle school and high school student-athletes in Weiser and in the surrounding area. The event was held at Weiser High School and 155 students took advantage of the opportunity to complete their required sports physicals.

Our medical community has been providing this clinic to our athletes for years – a very generous and much needed service to many of our athletes and their families.

Thank you Kasey Davis, WMH Community Health Education Coordinator, and Tyler Grant, WHS athletic director, for your work organizing the event.

And thank you to the doctors and staff at Weiser Memorial Hospital, Family Medical Center, Two Rivers Medical Clinic, and Physicians Primary Care for donating your services for such an extraordinary event.

With heartfelt appreciation.

Wade Wilson, Superintendent
