It is with great honor that the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® announces its 2020 REALTOR® of the Year.
This year was different in every way, so we also approached our ROTY process differently. In years past, we have followed the criteria as set forth by the Idaho REALTORS®, which weighs heavily on leadership within the REALTOR® Association and community outreach. While that is a good standard, we decided to shake it up a little and asked our members to submit names of agents who exemplify the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. During the submission period, we challenged our membership to submit names of others they have worked with in 2020, and over the years. We were looking for those agents who are a pleasure to work with based on their values as they demonstrate themselves in honesty, fairness, transparency, and spirit of teamwork in getting the job done! We had some outstanding nominations! We charged our ROTY committee in evaluating each nomination and choosing a deserving winner, which they said was not an easy task.
Melanie is the Designated Broker of Two Rivers Real Estate Co, located in Weiser. Melanie has been a licensed Real Estate agent for 12 years, achieving her Associate Broker license in 2017. In 2019, Melanie started her own company, where she offers property management and real estate sales.
Members of the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® describe Melanie as a pleasure to work with during a transaction. She is always willing to help, whether it is among other agents or reaching out to her community. She focuses on getting the job done and going the extra mile for her clients while doing it all the REALTOR® way!
