Theme For The 2021 Washington County Fair

If you are getting a little tired of shoveling snow it might be nice to think about the Washington County Fair for a bit. The University of Idaho Extension, Washington County staff and the Washington County Fair Board are hard at work planning for the 2021 Washington County Fair. It takes lots of hard work from many different groups to put on this event and as always, we need your help and input. It is time to come up with the theme for the 2021 Washington County Fair.

The theme is very important to the fair. It should provide a unifying idea that everyone can get involved in. Booths at the fair will be decorated to reflect this theme, as will floats for the parade. Exhibits will be designed with the theme in mind, too—like cakes, scrapbook pages, floral arrangements, possibly even quilts! So, please bring us your best ideas! The winner will receive a prize and the fairbook cover will be designed to illustrate the theme.

Call, e-mail, mail or drop them off to the UI Extension office in Weiser, by March 3. Listed below are some of the previous year’s fair themes.
