Brittney Houser once again organized Weiser’s Color Fun Run, marking the second year of this vibrant community fundraising event supporting the local Splash Pad Project. Participants of all ages came together for this non-competitive, family-friendly event where runners and walkers were showered with safe, colorful powder at stations throughout the course. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, community spirit, and plenty of rainbow hues as neighbors, families, and friends transformed into living works of art while supporting a great cause.

This exciting fundraiser represents just one of many efforts by the dedicated nonprofit organization behind the Splash Pad Project, which has already raised over $7,000 and built a strong community following of more than 400 supporters on Facebook. The proposed splash pad will provide Weiser families with a much-needed water recreation facility, offering a fun way to cool off during the hot summer months. With community members like Brittney Houser stepping up to organize events that bring people together in such a joyful way, it’s clear that Weiser residents are enthusiastic about creating new recreational opportunities for current and future generations to enjoy.
