By The Apple Blossom Committee
Payette Apple Blossom Festival will be held May 18-21, 2023 with a theme of “Beach Party.” The Payette Apple Blossom Festival committee has been organizing this event for close to 100 years in Payette, ID.
This is a successful event that will host over 20,000+ people. Each year, we hold the event to celebrate Payette’s history of being an Apple producing community. While there are not many apple orchards left, we feel it is important to celebrate that history.
We host music in Central Park for 4 days, a carnival in Kiwanis Park for 4 days as well as a cornhole tournament in Central Park on Thursday May 18th & Friday May 19th. The final day, Saturday May 20th we will have the parade at Noon, beginning at the flag pole on Main Street, continuing to 3rd Avenue South, ending near the nursing home. Our finale event is the firework show on Saturday evening on the Payette High School grounds. The show is timed to music and is best viewed from the grounds of the high school.
