On Sat., Oct. 17, 2015, a member of the Weiser community will be shot at the Weiser Vendome. This tragic, scandalous event will occur as part of a mystery dinner put on by the Weiser Chapter of ARROW-HEART Adventure Camps.
ARROW-HEART (AH) is a nonprofit organization that benefits students in our community by teaching leadership through outdoor challenges. Actors Arianne Zucker and Shawn Christian (“Nicole Walker” and “Dr. Daniel Jonas” from Days of Our Lives) serve as co-founder/president and director of marketing/branding for AH, and are pleased to attend this exciting event.
Flappers and mobsters, and everyone in between, are welcome to attend this Roaring 20’s themed dinner. We hope you come decked-out in your most fabulous 1920’s attire. Everyone’s favorite speakeasy Weiser Classic Candy will be catering; it has been heard that they have arranged for Prohibition to be repealed for the evening. Expect your favorite bootlegged beverages from the 1920’s to be served alongside the main course of Chicken Piccata.
There will be a silent auction after the dinner to benefit AH. Among the prizes is an opportunity to win tickets to go ghost-hunting with actors Arianne and Shawn immediately following the dinner, so please bring a warm change of clothes if you are interested.
