Snake River Water Rescue by Weiser City Police

In a dramatic rescue operation on the Snake River, one individual has been saved but unfortunately remains cold and incoherent, unable to provide critical details about potential others who may have been aboard the vessel.

Assistance is needed from the public to piece together the puzzle of this unfolding incident.

To aid ongoing search and rescue efforts and shed light on the situation, individuals with any pertinent information are urged to reach out promptly to authorities at (208) 414-2121. Every detail matters in ensuring the safety and well-being of all involved.

On scene were Weiser City Police, Washington County Sheriff’s Department,Weiser Fire District, Fish and Game and Washington County Ambulance.

Update:

Earlier today Weiser City Police were called about a body floating down the Snake River. Officers arrived on scene and rescued the individual. Officers were informed there were possibly others who had fallen into the river. This was found to be false information.

The rescued individual is reported to be in stable condition.
