A festive atmosphere filled the Ontario Market Place today as local business owners Mark and Zan Zimel, along with Scott and Karma Barfus, celebrated the grand opening of their family-owned establishment, 9 Juan Juan Burritos.
The official ribbon cutting was courtesy of the Ontario Area Chamber of Commerce, marking a new culinary addition to the community.
Located at 215 East Lane N., 9 Juan Juan Burritos offers an enticing menu with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The eatery is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays, inviting residents to indulge their cravings throughout the week.
Scott Barfus, a veteran restaurateur with 25 years of experience on the West Coast, expressed his enthusiasm for the new venture. “We are thrilled to be part of this community and can’t wait to serve our delicious burritos,” he stated, praising the customer-centric approach that has driven his success in the industry.

The official grand opening of 9 Juan Juan Burritos is scheduled for Friday, June 6, 2025.
