Samantha Parsons, a senior at Payette High School, has been recognized for her exceptional dedication both on the field and in the classroom, earning the coveted IHSAA (Idaho High School Activities Association) Interscholastic Star Student Award for 2025.
The prestigious award comes with a $1,000 scholarship that Parsons can use toward the college of her choice, acknowledging her outstanding participation in high school athletics and activities while making significant contributions to both her school and the broader community.
Parsons has distinguished herself as a leader both at Payette High School and across the state of Idaho. She currently serves as ASB President at Payette High School and holds the position of President of the Idaho High School Activities Association’s Student Advisory Council. Her leadership extends beyond school activities, as she also serves as Treasurer for Western Idaho FFA.
