Weiser,ID- Monday, August 11th at the Weiser City Council meeting Chief Troy Krahn was pinned for his new role as Weiser Chief of Police. The mayor shared that Chief Krauhn has served Weiser for over 23 years and was the best candidate for the position.
Also at the meeting Detective Riley Hall was pinned as a Lieutenant. Chief Krahn shared that Lt. Hall has served the Weiser PD for 21 years, 15 of those years he served as detective.
Mayor Randy Hibbered shared, “It’s a real testament to be able to take and promote from within when there’s an opening.”
