Have you ever had one of those moments where you were woke out of a sound sleep and remembered what you forgot to do? Well, I just did. I almost forgot to write something for the newspaper! Yikes, I must be getting old.
We will have a guest speaker on Wednesday, July 23rd, right after our noon meal. She will be speaking on
fraud and scams. Come and learn what you can do to protect yourself from being a victim.
On Monday, July 28th, Pat Flores will be here for our monthly foot clinic. There are several open appointments. If you are interested in this service, call 208-257-3358 and I will set up an appointment for you.
We are having an ice cream social on Friday, August 1st, from 4 to 7 p.m. After a long, hot day at the fair, what could be better than ice cream and toppings? One of our members is going to give $1 off coupons for all the 4H and FFA kids. There will be lunch that day at noon. I believe Spaghetti is on the menu.
Our next Bingo game will be on Thursday, August 7th, from 6 to 8 p.m. I heard they had a very nice Blackout Jackpot in July. Will August’s games be as good? You have to come to find out. It is a lot of fun for everyone. Kids of all ages and their families are welcome. Light refreshments are served.

Wednesday, July 23rd: Idaho Open faced Hot turkey sandwich, Homemade white Bread, Salad, Broccoli/Cauliflower mixed vegetables, Lemon Cream Bundt cake.
Friday, July 25th: Reuben soup, Ham Sandwiches, Salad, Mixed Fruit, and Dessert.
Wednesday, July 30: Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Corn, Coleslaw, Wheat Dinner Roll, Pears, and Berry Crisp for dessert.
Friday, August 1st: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Garden Salad, Garlic Bread, Pears, and dessert.
