Cambridge Volunteer Fire Dept will be hosting a dinner, dance and auction on New Year’s Eve at 6pm at the Exhibit Hall in Cambridge as a fundraiser for the department. Our main focus will be raising money to purchase SCBA’s for the volunteers. These are an essential piece of equipment for the department. They provide respiratory protection for our firemen and emergency personnel from hazardous materials, smoke, toxic gases and atmospheres where it could become immediately dangerous to life and health.
Our current SCBA’s are outdated and do not meet compliance requirements. We need to keep our volunteers safe as they protect our community.
We would appreciate your help and support. Come join us for a fun evening with good food, music and some great auction items to purchase. The live auction will include items such as a semi load of firewood logs with delivery to the Tri-Valley area next spring, beef, an Alaska fishing trip, hand made quilt , art, pottery, pallet of split firewood, telescope with computerized mount just to name a few. We will also have a silent auction with many fun items.
Tickets will be sold at the door or you can buy ahead by calling 208-566-244.
There will also be a fireworks display at midnight so don’t miss out!!!
