About CASPR
CASPR is dedicated to saving animals from abuse and euthanasia, with a special focus on dogs, including those with special needs. Our founder, Charlie, believes every animal deserves dignity and quality of life, even if their time is short.
Although we don’t yet have a permanent facility, we rely on a strong network of fosters who help us provide safe and loving homes.
Adoption Event
CASPR has left the Weiser Harvest Festival, but you can meet adoptable dogs tomorrow, October 4th, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Stateline Auto Ranch Subaru, 900 N. Whitley Dr, Fruitland, ID.
