In Remembrance

Saturday, September 13th the Arrow-Heart Adventure Camp held their annual First Responders Softball Tournament in remembrance of all the first responders who served during the attacks on September 11th, 2001, as well as in remembrance of those loved ones who survived and for those who were lost in the event.

The Tournament began with a reminder of the event and a moment of silence. Little miss Robyn Chandler sang the national anthem.  Both teams and those in attendance had a great time with the tournament ending with a tie of 22-22. First Responders from the Weiser Police Department, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Weiser Fire Department, Idaho State Police  and Ontario Fire and Rescue played alongside Arrow-Heart Campers in the tournament.

Check out more photos from the event coming soon to Living In the News. Com Facebook page.
