Letter To The Editor – Mark Curry

Dear Editor,Mental health and stress related to Covid19 sickness has skyrocketed! I believe this stress has touched each one of us. The media is constantly pushing the worst case sickness situations. However, the majority get over this virus in a few days. Families, friends and communities are deeply divided! The Southwest district health recently had a news release on August 30th. It outlines how abuse injuries have increased 10 fold. Self harm has increased 25%. Domestic violence and homelessness also have increased. An unknown, or hardly known adverse medical reporting system (VAERS) has reported close to 15,000 Covid 19 vaccine related deaths. 11,405 since June! This does not include thousands of terrible medical reactions to the vaccine! In my opinion,  President Biden has crossed the line with mandatory vaccine orders to a majority of American’s! It’s just to early to know if the vaccines are safe! Many States are mandating mask wearing requirements! The media continues to push the safe vaccine and mask efficiency data. However, You don’t get both sides of the story on vaccine and mask efficiency. None of the negative vaccine or mask data are shown…or reported on! This creates doubt in many peoples minds and rightly so! Please try to understand many area residents are sceptical and for a good reason! We need a media that is neutral and publishes both pro’s and con’s related to Covid information, then decisions can be made, until then trust is just a word, not an action!
