PAYETTE, IDAHO – In a ceremony celebrating young athletic talent and future potential, McCain Middle School hosted a Football Signing Day on Wednesday where ten promising student-athletes formally committed to playing football for Payette High School.
The event marked an important milestone for these young athletes as they prepare to transition to high school sports. Current Football Athletes, Coaches, Friends and school administrators gathered to witness the students sign their letters of intent in what has become a new tradition for the Payette community.
The following students signed their commitments:
– Hilario Grandos
– Draven Kuntz
– Isaiah Curtis
– Andres Virreuta
– Bentley Lovendahl
– Michell Newman
– Brycen Cervantes
– Bryson Ham
– Teejay Chofat
– Bain Thaxton
The signing ceremony itself was brief and to the point – students approached the table one by one, signed their letters of intent, posed for a quick photo, and made way for the next athlete. Without excessive fanfare or lengthy speeches, the event efficiently celebrated these young athletes’ commitments while respecting everyone’s time.
