National FFA Week shines a light not only on the FFA organization, but also agriculture as a whole. It’s important to inform our community about agriculture and all it brings to the table. This special week gives us a chance to advertise the importance of all parts of agriculture. It’s important to the FFA that we have this week to spike an interest in kids about this field. As we know, agriculture will grant job security because there will always be a need for food. During FFA Week, we make it a priority to give back to our community and show our appreciation for others. In fact, FFA chapters across the nation find a way to give back in their own acts of service. To end this glorious week, we hold our annual FFA breakfast that’s free and open to the public. This breakfast will be held at the Weiser High School Ag Shop on February 24, from 7-11 AM. We invite you all to join us for a hearty breakfast prepared by the FFA members!
