Presley Trail Head Fire

The Weiser Rural Area Fire Department was dispatched Saturday, July 17th, at 5:03 PM to 2241 Weiser River Road for a brush/grass fire. The fire was moving towards a home.

The Weiser City Fire Department was dispatched for structure protection. Midvale, and Payette Rural was dispatched for manpower and water.

The Weiser Rural Fire’s brush truck was able to access the top of fire and made a great stop. All the Fire Departments will be on scene for quite some time dealing with hot spots. The cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
