Fruitland- SafeWise recently announced their 2025 Safest Cities report, naming Fruitland the 3rd safest city in Idaho. Cities are ranked by FBI crime data such as violent crime and property crime. Fruitland Mayor Kari Peterson shared her thoughts stating, “It’s clear that when a community comes together with a shared commitment to safety, it makes a real difference. A special thank you to our Police Chief and the entire department for their dedication and leadership. Your hard work and commitment to keeping our community safe does not go unnoticed. At a time when safety is top of mind for many Americans, I’m proud that Fruitland stands out as a place where people feel protected, neighbors look out for each other, and our collective investments in safety are truly paying off.”
