With all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it is too easy to lose sight of the reason for the season. No matter what your religious beliefs are, it comes down to being with your loved ones, sharing in family traditions and treating strangers with compassion and respect. I firmly believe that we should live by these rules everyday of the year, not just at Christmas time. Here are some things I have learned over the years that help me to remain in
this frame of mind year round: We should not be quick to judge other’s circumstances, but open our hearts to helping them find a solution. Let the past stay in the past and move on to a fresh new beginning and finally, do NOT take your loved ones for granted for tomorrow is never guaranteed. In closing, I would like to say “Thank you” for your support and friendship on behalf of our V.P.S. family. Thank you for helping us help others. We appreciate each and every one of our friends and supporters. Wishing you all a very happy holiday season filled with many blessings. ~ Deborah Frediani- V.P.S.Founder/Case Manager
