The Weiser Elks Lodge #1683 has once again demonstrated its commitment to serving the community’s youngest and most vulnerable citizens, whom they describe as “our nation’s most valuable asset and the future of our great nation.”
During a recent lodge meeting, members presented a $1,500 donation to Stephen F. Fenske in support of Arrow-Heart Adventure Camps, a program dedicated to enriching the lives of teens through challenging outdoor experiences.
Arrow-Heart Adventure Camps provide opportunities for young people to build character, confidence, credibility, and critical thinking skills. By connecting with the outdoors, participants are inspired to make better choices while discovering their true potential, or as the program describes it, finding their “TRUE nature IN nature.”
The Elks’ donation reflects their ongoing mission to invest in programs that strengthen youth, families, and communities.
