Thank you to the LOR Foundation for generously providing the funds to construct shelving in two storage areas at the Church of Christ for the community coat drive. Previously, the numerous heavy bins of coats and hoodies were stacked three high and were difficult and unsafe to access by the volunteers. The two storage areas are now orderly and the bins are easy to reach.
Anyone wishing to donate coats can drop them off at the Love INC office or call Dorothy Evans at 208-550-0990. In October, a drop box will be located at the Weiser Library for donations.
The free coat and hoodie giveaway will be held on Saturday, October 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the St. Agnes Catholic Church hall.
