November 1952 – July 2021
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, peacefully passed away July 5, 2021, at his home in Weiser, Idaho surrounded by family. Born in Tarzan Texas and raised in Weiser Idaho. Alberto married Maria Olvera June 19, 1970, and raised 4 children, Joe Olvera, John Olvera, Sebastian Olvera and Angie Olvera (Jeremy Lane)
Alberto’s pride and joy was his grandchildren, Cerrell Olvera, Kayla Olvera, Kristen Olvera, Jolie Olvera, Kane Olvera, Haili Olvera, Eli Olvera, Jameson Lane and His great-grandson Kohen McMullen .Â
Alberto worked at Ore-Ida for 43 years and enjoyed his time on the road driving semi. In his spare time, he loved fishing and taking drives with his pug Camilla and wife Maria.
When retirement came it was time to hit the road to visit his daughter in Washington and granddaughter in North Idaho. When he was not visiting family, Alberto enjoyed tending to his roses. He enjoyed listening to old country, old rock 80’s and Mexican music. Our father, husband and grandpa will be greatly missed.
