All Aboard! Come Check Out The Model Train Show at The Weiser Train Depot

The Weiser Architectural Preservation committee is sponsoring a model train show during the weekend of the Weiser Fiddle Contest and Festival. The public will be able to see and learn about the history of trains in Idaho at the Weiser Train Depot June 21st and 22nd from the hours of 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. There is no cost for the event.

Caldwell Model Train Club and Historical Society will be bringing their travel sized train display for viewing. The Weiser River trail will also have a table and local area history authors, Ken Walston and Butch Cornell, will also be there with their books for sale. Also available for purchase at the event will be books by local authors Don Dopf and Dale Fisk. Gary Eller will perform on Saturday with train & history ballads, along with his CD’s to purchase.
