Friday, September 23rd a meeting was held to share general information about the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Treasure Valley with the Weiser community. Recent interest from the community prompted CEO Dana Castellani with the help of local community and business owner Patrick Nauman to set up this meeting to present information about the types of after-school and summer programs that the Boys & Girls Club offer. Castellani shared that there were about thirty community members present for the meeting and that the energy throughout the nearly two hour meeting was positive. The next step to possibly have the program in Weiser would involve working with key community members and looking for potential locations for the future Club.
