Do you have one of those cool new DSLR (digital single lens reflex) and wonder how it works and why it doesn’t always get what you see. Ever wanted to learn why you have blurry pics and how to fix it. Now is your chance to learn a little more about using your camera and help a local cause in the process. Keith Bryant co-owner of Weiser Classic candy and staff photographer for the Weiser Signal American will teach a class August 22 from 6 to 8 pm at Weiser High School. Even if you know a lot about your camera this could be chance to learn more. In the class Keith will cover several areas. He will cover basic exposure, how to shoot in all the modes of your camera, how to deal with the sun for outside photography, using flash in outdoor photography, shooting sports at high speed outside and inside, minimal post processing. He request that you bring your camera, manual, and flash if you have it. Although there is no specific cost for the class but we would like a donation (if you learn something from the class)to help the Weiser High School yearbook staff purchase 2 new cameras and some flash equipment to help in their job of documenting high school life. If you would just like to donate to the school yearbook please contact Keith by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or stop by the candy store.
