Four Weiser Youth Win Bikes for Reading Books

This week the Weiser Masonic Lodge awarded four youth in the Weiser School District with a bike helmet and a gift card for a brand new bike. The Masons went to both Weiser’s Pioneer and Park Schools at the beginning of the year to encourage the students to read throughout the year, sharing the importance of reading. Each student after completing a book and taking an AR test on the book received a ticket to put their name on and place in the box. For every book read the students earned a ticket. Two winners were drawn at each school this week.

Pioneer School winners were 2nd grader Demaris and 3rd grader Kiki!!!

Park School winners were 4th grader Christobal and 5th grader Hayley!!!

Congratulations to the winners and a big thank you to the Weiser Masonic Lodge for encouraging our youth to read and Zions Bank for the donation of the bike helmets.
