We hear of overreach, outright seizure of property, and theft of Constitutional Rights with the good ole boy system all the time. Political, and or diabolical haggling to gain profit at the expense of others! We even hear of outright stealing and altering documents for profit and gain, but Washington County is now in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with these same types af actions allegedly happening since 2021. Reading our other local paper, in my opinion I’ve read that People, the County, the State and a multitude of people are under the microscope! Alleged document tampering, harassment, land seizure, political posturing, and trespassing are a few of the items listed. If the Court system finds these allegations true, many heads will roll. If the Courts approve and an Attorney General investigation proceeds, felonies, and lesser charges could be administered!
Idaho and Washington county will never be the same. In fact, our whole local government may be under the control of a court ordered receiver, trustee, or administrator to assume control of county operations in the future.
