Washington County Commissioners and Planning and Zoning will be meeting to discuss ADU’s (auxillary dwelling units)
I’m very interested in this subject. It would allow a home owner to build, install etc a second home on a property. As you know, a huge shortage of housing in Washington County exists. Whom ever the owner wanted to have live there including renters would be allowed.
