From The U.S. Forest Service – Payette National Forest
Due to damage and vandalism to federal facilities located in the Mann Creek area on the Weiser Ranger District, Mann Creek Campground will remain closed until further notice.
Over the past years, vandalism has increased across the Payette National Forest, as well as on State and private lands. Recreation and road signs are being shot, torn down, and graffitied.
Local agencies have a common goal of preserving the beauty of our lands and providing access for public use. Agencies are asking for assistance in notifying us if you come across vandalized property, or an individual or individuals conducting the vandalism.
