The Washington County Federation of Republican Women (WCFRW) is the Education Branch of the Republican party. We work to provide information to our communities helping to build stronger positive relationships. Over the last 4 years, we have provided pocket constitutions to every graduating senior, offered concealed carry classes to educate and certify over 300 people on the legalities and proper use of a firearm, offered opportunities for our community to meet candidates running for local, state and national offices, and Scholarship opportunities for our youth to help them further their education!
WCFRW is proud to be offering scholarship opportunities again this year for young women, who are graduating from High School and going on to advance their education. The criteria are:
- High School Senior (homeschool included) OR
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program
- Must be pursuing a higher education opportunity, including trade schools, 2-year and 4-year colleges.
- Must be a registered republican or show proof of registering prior to accepting monies for scholarship.
- Must be a young woman living in Washington County or with a permanent Washington County address.
