Dear Editor,
On behalf of the students, staff, and Board of Trustees for the Weiser School District, I wish to thank our parents and patrons for the continued support they demonstrate for our schools in Weiser. Even amid a challenging last 24 months, patrons in the WSD once again showed their support for our students through approval of our most recent two-year supplemental levy.
We are incredibly fortunate to live and work in a community that embraces our children and supports their growth. We realize the impact taxes have on property owners and their families, which makes passage of the supplemental levy so special.
The approved funds will allow the district to provide opportunities to students that we are not able to provide using the state and federal funds that we receive annually. We wish the situation was different.
We are proud of our students and staff and continually strive to make the most of the resources that we have available. We are truly blessed to live in a wonderful community. Again, thank you for your continued support. GO WOLVERINES!!!
