The Moose Knuckle is one of the new greatest food places in Weiser. This hot new food place is located on 1300 State Street. Food is served from this mighty trailer from 6am-12pm, Monday through Friday. Not only is The Moose Knuckle founded within a trailer but consists of one the greatest sandwiches to be created. In fact this sandwich is constructed with a croissant grilled to be nice and toasty, 2 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and most importantly cheese! Not only does it sound delicious, but it is only $9.00!

Aside from mouth watering sandwiches and other amazing options from the menu, Kayla Flores is the greatest part of this business. Kayla had started this trailer when she turned 30 years old. She has always wanted to do something as a team with her two younger daughters and become her own boss. Concluding from this dream she also has the love for feeding others. The Moose Knuckle was near everything she has ever wanted. With this passion, Kayla was able to create a wonderful food business with a wonderful mindset.
