The Weiser Lions Club recently received a 2022-2023, Club Excellence Award from Lions International, and some of the club members got together for a photo. In order to submit an application for this special award, the club had to achieve required qualifications listed under all four categories of membership, service, leadership & organizational excellence, and marketing.
Upon submission of the award application, it was verified by Lions International. The Weiser Lions Club received a special, 2022-2023, Club Excellence banner patch. Lion FY 2022-2023, club President, Lion Dorothy Evans, received a special President’s Club Excellence pin. There are currently 22 members in the Weiser Lions Club. Our current club President is Lion Linda Youngblood. More than 40 service activities (hands-on and donations) have been completed by the club this past year.
