Each summer, the Weiser Lions Club installs newly elected officers and presents club awards during a potluck picnic. Lions 39W District Governor, Lynne Burks, presided during this year’s officer installation.
Club officers are: President, Linda Youngblood; first vice-presidents, Don Moyle and Lois Watkins (concessions); second vice-president, Juanita Moyle (vision); third vice-president, Julie Derr (membership); fourth vice-president, Christina Isaacson (Leo Club); secretary, Margaret Jensen; treasurer, Jonna Duvall-Williams; tail twister, Steve Fogelson; Lion tamer, Debbie Tabbert; and directors, Steve Penner and John Evans.
Several club awards earned during Lion FY 2022-2023 (July 1-June 30), were presented to their recipients by club President, Linda Youngblood. Following, are the awards presented:
· Perfect Attendance pins- Lions Julie Derr, Jonna Duvall-Williams, Dorothy Evans, John Evans, Steve Fogelson, Christina Isaacson, Don Moyle, Juanita Moyle, Betty Simpson, Debbie Tabbert, Lois Watkins, Linda Youngblood
