In a heartwarming display of community spirit, the staff at Weiser Memorial Hospital rallied together to collect an impressive 1350 lbs of food for donation to five local organizations. The beneficiaries include Weiser Elks Lodge #1683 (4th photo), Love Inc, Weiser Activity Center For Seniors, Rose Advocates, and the Emmett Valley Friendship Coalition.
The hospital’s Specialty Clinic played a significant role in this charitable endeavor, contributing a substantial 768 lbs of the total donation. Individual generosity shone through as well, with Terri Vogt, a dedicated hospital employee, making a remarkable donation of 231 lbs.
The initiative was spearheaded by The E-Team at Weiser Memorial Hospital, led by Chairman Lance Marcus. Sharing the uplifting news and images with Living In The News, Marcus expressed pride in the collective effort of the hospital’s staff.
The photos captured the essence of the giving spirit.
