“Let us have music for Christmas…Sound the trumpet of joy and rebirth!” The Upper Country Singers will present their annual Christmas concert Sunday, December 5 at 3:00 p.m. at the Cambridge Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall. This year’s theme is “Joy To the World: A Christmas Journey Around the Globe”. Song selections which include “Silent Night”, “Christmas In Killarney”, and “Mele Kalikimaka” were chosen nearly two years ago, and choir members from Weiser, Midvale, Cambridge, Indian Valley, Mesa and Council are excited to finally be able to perform once again. The Upper Country Children’s choir will also entertain, along with other special guests. This event has become a favorite local holiday tradition. Come, enjoy an afternoon of Christmas music and refreshments at intermission. Admission is free, however donations are encouraged and very appreciated. Yourgenerous donations help the Singers to present a quality event year to year.
