Copilot Teen Q&A:Who you are and why it matters

By Iuri Melo

We all have moments of confusion and doubt as we struggle to define ourselves and our purpose in life. We are inundated with information about spiritual growth, authenticity, and discovering our truth. But how can we make sense of it all? How can we become agents of our own life instead of being acted upon by outside influences?

The answer may be simpler than you think: you are evolution in process. Everything in life is a part of your evolution, and you are constantly growing and shifting. However, many of us are unaware of this, and our growth is unconscious and random.

In order to take control of our evolution, it is important to recognize both conscious and unconscious beliefs that may be harming our relationships, sabotaging our growth, or causing fear and anxiety. It is also important to challenge those beliefs and adopt new ones that will liberate us and help us to recover more quickly.

By understanding that we are evolution in process, we can begin to accept our failures, misfortunes, and successes as a part of our journey. We can also find purpose in the most difficult of times, and recognize the power of our trauma and history. Pain becomes something that can be transformed when we inject our minds and hearts with knowledge and understanding.

The great fear that paralyzes us can be overcome by the power of hope and optimism. We can move away from the victim mentality and become powerful agents of our own lives.

We are the creators of our own destiny. As we embrace our evolution and take control of our own growth, we can find peace, joy, love, compassion, and a mature responsibility to contribute. This is the power of understanding that we are evolution in process.
