Letter To The Editor – Ralph Wilson

Re Linda Strain’s article in the WSA dated 3-17-2021 concerning SB 1110.
No matter what the grievance; the access to redress must never be infringed as is being attempted in Idaho Senate Bill (Sb1110) as Linda Strain explains. A legislative procedure that ought to be made much more difficult is the amendment procedure for our Idaho Constitution.
Our Idaho Legislator’s attempt to eliminate another freedom of We The People (WTP) is symptomatic of Legislators who have over-stayed their welcome. The longer WTP allow a person to sit in one chair the more drastic the actions become to increase their power and perpetuate incumbency. It’s human nature, an incurable affliction of all human beings!
There is an un-avoidable yoke constitutionally assigned to WTP; we are the absolute administers of our State and our Republic. Every second year WTP are required to select every member of our Idaho Congress and  all of the US House of Reps plus 1/3 of the US Senate, we are a powerful group of people . If you do not believe me, please study your   Idaho Constitution which includes the federal Constitution. Please contact me for free pocket copies of our US Constitution.
All citizens are encouraged to participate in our self-governing Republic experiment as demonstrated by Linda Strain, Thank you Linda.
So let’s, WTP, unite and reject every incumbent Legislator in the primary elections that we can. The starting place is the early primary States in January 2022. That is just 9.5 months from now. It seems to me that if every State follows through with this plan in 2022, our State and federal congresses will pay attention and return to the Constitution as written and respect the “Supreme Law of the Land” per article VI.
