Ryndon Olsen, the Kicker from Weiser and FLOWW Network’s Special Teams Player of the Year received his FIRST COLLEGE OFFER from North Dakota State College of Science.
Olsen really nailed it in high school football, Junior year, he pulled off 65 kickoffs, racking up 3,476 yards at an average of 53.5 yards each. Even with some challenges like no touchbacks, he kept refining his skills in senior year, hitting 70 kickoffs for a whopping 3,897 yards and an average of 55.7 yards. Across his varsity career, Olsen nailed 135 kickoffs, covering an impressive 7,373 yards at an average of 54.6 yards. Talk about consistency and strength in that specialized part of the game! And don’t get me started on punting – senior year, he made 12 punts, totaling 343 yards with a solid 28.6 yards per punt. Two of those punts even landed inside the 20-yard line.
