When Can I Get The Corona-Virus Vaccine In Idaho

From the Desk of the Governor On December 30, 2020

More than 13,000 doses of the Corona-Virus vaccine have now been administered in Idaho.
The state is working with public health districts, hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and other facilities that will be receiving and administering early vaccine doses.Healthcare workers and residents of long-term care facilities are getting the vaccine first. Health care workers started getting vaccinated the week of Dec. 14. Residents and staff of long-term care facilities started getting vaccinated this week.
The distribution of the safe vaccine is a major breakthrough in the fight against Corona-Virus. For now, our limited supply of the vaccine is prioritized for our front-line health care workers and most vulnerable citizens. I have full confidence in the safety of the vaccine and intend to receive mine when eligible.
The public can keep track of how many Corona-Virus vaccines have been administered in Idaho and view the vaccine FAQ by visiting Coronavirus.Idaho.Gov.
