Saturday, January 21st two local schools, Weiser and New Plymouth, cheer squads placed well at this year’s 2023 Treasure Valley Cheer Invitational held at Meridian High School.

In the 3A division Weiser placed first in the following categories, Pom, Show and Sideline. In the 1A/2A division New Plymouth placed first in Pom and Show Co-Ed.
Saturday, January 21st held at Owyhee High School, was the Idaho Showcase Invitational where the Payette Pi-Rettes placed second in the following categories Military, Kick, Dance and Hip Hop for the 3A division.
