The Bargain Center on East Commercial Has Something for Everyone
By C. Lawrence
Locals, visitors and antique enthusiasts have a new place to shop in downtown Weiser. Derreck Tea and his family recently moved to Weiser from Reno, Nevada, about two months ago. With family in Ontario who own a business called The Bargain Center, they decided to expand on that by opening a Bargain Center in Weiser.
Located at 35 East Commercial, The Bargain Center has something for everyone! They are an antique and thrift shop with lots to choose from and great prices. Folks will find sewing and craft items, loads of DVD’s, inexpensive fishing rods, furniture, toys, phone accessories, cast iron cookware and so much more.
This family owned and operated business will always be adding new stock as they find more, so be sure to check in often and see what is new. Derreck said, “We are just so happy to be here and love this community.” Come on in during business hours Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 6:30pm.
