It is Kindergarten Registration time at Pioneer School in Weiser and the public library wants to help parents and those incoming kindergartners get a head start in reading. Karen Penner and Kelly Haun handed out resources for the local library and free books to next year’s incoming kindergartners. Penner shared, “We are passing out information for the public library. In the packet here there’s information for parents to help get their child ready to read, a little bingo game and a library card application.”
